At dusk we're always delighted to hear from our customers. In fact we get hundreds of emails, letters and phone calls every month.

Can I buy dusk products online?
Yes! We currently deliver to Australian and New Zealand addresses. Whether you live in the city or in the country - your favourite dusk products are now just a few clicks away ... at the dusk Online Store. And if you're buying a gift we can even deliver it direct for you! Click here to shop.

I used to get Candle Club messages now I don't?
Usually this means that your mailbox is full and therefore unable to receive any more emails from anyone. You should consider deleting old messages to make room for new ones. It is also possible that your email provider or email program wrongly identified our latest message as spam in which case you should check your junk email folder and add us to your Whitelist.

How do I change or cancel my Candle Club membership?
To change your membership account details or unsubscribe from the dusk Candle Club, click here to Log In. If you are an Candle Club member you need to activate your account before you can access it. For details, click here.

Is dusk an Australian company?
Yes. dusk is proudly Australian owned and operated.

I am interested in opening a dusk store. Do you franchise?
No. All dusk stores are company-owned and there are no franchise opportunities.

What is dusk's customer service policy?
At dusk we believe every contact with our team, our stores or our products should delight. To support this belief, we provide a truly simple "No Hassle" guarantee: If you are not happy with your purchase - at any time, for any reason, just bring it back for an exchange or full refund. What is dusk’s Lay-by policy?
The dusk lay-by period is valid for 12 weeks from commencement. Payments are due fortnightly. Lay-bys may be extended at the Store Managers discretion, but only if regular payments have been made. Lay-bys are not available at dusk Online.
